Our installation process for home siding applications.

1. Remove existing siding if needed and prepare the surface. Inspect the walls for any damaged or soft areas then replace any damaged wood.

2. Wrap the house in an insulation board and seal each joint with insulated tape. Tape and seal all window and door opening edges.

3. Custom wrap window and door openings with aluminum coil stock. We wrap our windows with a back bend that provides no water infiltration into our window and door openings.

4. Install light blocks, water blocks, electric blocks, and vents as needed.

5. Install J channel trim around all window, door, gables, and soffit lines. We miter all of our channel for a nice finished look. Each piece is cut correctly to allow for water to flow around the windows and doors safely.

6. Then we install the vinyl siding panel. Laying it out for the fewest possible seams. We leave enough play in the siding so it can expand and contract with temperature changes. We make it tight enough to allow movement but it is not noticeable to the eye and will stay secure to the wall for the life of the siding.

7. Caulk around our capping connections with the J channel for a tight seal and great finished look.

8. Install soffit and fascia systems.

9. Install guttering system.

10. Final walk through by our quality control agent and our customer to ensure everything about the project meets the standards and expectations of Town and Country and the client.

11. Final clean up and Guarantees are issued.
